What if that is the same case with Freddy, however it's not broken and you can only hear it because he's close to you? I saw some great theories about this being linked to the criminal database phone guy talks about in FNAF 2, and this kind of all makes sense. Now, I have no idea what any of this garbling means or why it happens with only Freddy. Find any other youtube video with a death by Freddy, this sound will be there. There is a soft garbling and it only happens when Freddy is in the office.
Key point: After the 15 second mark, Freddy moves into the Office (because of the loud laugh and Markiplier raging). Here is a source (warning: turn down volume, but listen closely). After browsing the wiki and youtube, I found nothing that relates to this. Upon entering The Office through the East Hall, Freddy begins to emit a quiet whisper-like sound that nobody has ever really noticed before (if you have, great job). I am on mobile, and I have tried to make this once in great detail, however it erased, so I'm just going to get down to business. Figured I would post it now rather than never. I found this out from experience a few months ago.
